britfrog 180 Posted November 15, 2014 Report Share Posted November 15, 2014 I cant see that this has been covered before, if it has excuse me. but if you are wanting to change the fsx splash page , as fsx fires up, simply go into the Uires folder find the file dlgsplash.bmp , rename it , and replace it with any 800x600 photo that you want just call it dlgsplash.bmp Simples! 1 Link to post Share on other sites

You point it at a folder that contains any number of 800 X 600 jpgs and it will randomly pick one at each startup. It's very cool but only works for FS9. I suppose a batch file process of some kind to pick a photo at random, create an appropriately named copy and then fire off FSX could be done. John Link to post Share on other sites
