Martin he did challenge both Newton and Maxwell. No mean feat :yesa:

True enough, but he wasn't sceptical about everything 100% of the time.

Me, I'm sceptical of our PM David Cameron 100% of the time. No, stop, not sceptical, there must be another word, but it's probably a profanity that's so extreme I'd be banned in a flash. :yesa:

...and they just might do it. The larger projects so far don't seem to be producing much except virtual black holes for other people's money. John

I agree with you guys.     (fyi... my plan is to retire on a sailboat and enjoy the beaches of as many islands as possible just in case they disappear...and if they don't...win win.)

=== CONTENT WARNING - Do not continue to read if easily offended === I suspect that I'm as willing to be convinced by your arguments as you are of being convinced by mine.   Of course it won't

If we did all live in some super being's simulated reality, guaranteed that a few players would try to find a way to Game the system and steal all the loots. ;)

Yep, I agree. As soon as our super godlike mega energy beings had finished the hyper quantum algorithms, the hackers [probably about 14 or 15 years old] would already have the aimbots sorted out, and wall hacks, and probably be glitching half way up mount Everest. :D

Hi Kasper, it’s the same here in the UK.  Every year scientists complain about cuts in research funding.  Governments are more concerned with short term profits rather than longer term thinking.  I can imagine Einstein applying for his grant money today, “I’m going to sit around for ten years and ponder the nature of space and time”, “I don’t think so Albert, NEXT”.  :D

Kindest Regards,

Just watched a re run of through the wormhole.

No wonder we couldn't find gravitons, they may be gluon pairs. As masses exchange gluons the masses move closer together. Einstein, you may have been wrong with your warped space-time idea.

And then there's the repulsive antimatter explanation. One thing is for sure, gravity is still a mystery. On the one hand warped space-time seems right, but then quantum physics tells us it's wrong.

And then there's the entropy explanation for gravity.

Don't care which is right, as long as I get my anti-grav car.
