Andy Martin 0
Hi, im using FTX england and there are loads of random inland water 'splodges', presumably supposed to be lakes and ponds, but far too many of them. Also they are shimmering excessivly. Unable to get much help on the ORBX forum. Is there anyway to remove most of these? I have my fsx water slider at low x 2 which seems the recomended setting. Many thanks Andy
needles 1,013
Hi Andy, are you using any other software ie REX? Sometimes having the wrong water textures can cause havoc. Just a thought and maybe some of the other guys might know of something else. Brian
jaydor 345
Have you tried a re-install FTX England over the top again, just in case something went wrong on the original install. Also check your scenery slider on the autogen tab and ease back a little.
brett 2,314
Does this happen to all the inland lakes and ponds? Can you post up a screen shot Andy?
Andrew Godden 943
Andy, Also check you have the correct region, Europe, set in FTX Central. Having the incorrect region set can also cause strange anomalies. Cheers Andrew
