In this 24-part series, I'll be in London Gatwick Tower, handling Ground. A common feature at the end of all outbound flights is : J. Contact Tower on 124.225, have a nice flight! Well, that's what I say. So, here we are in the tower at Gatwick. This is the worlds buisest single runway airport. I've been having problems with my WoAI, so all the traffic is Traffic 2005, using the Traffic 2005 medium-sized airport tower, which, as always, doesn't fit into Gatwick tower!!!!! We'll start off by looking around the airport from our tower My office My first aircraft, going OUT Next one The sunrise Learjet OK, have a look around! The suns higher now An BA 767 circuiting My Travel A330 Gatwick Express Class 460 V-Bird TNT British Airways 734's Easyjet coming off the active That 734 on roll Opps! Air One 738/W Don't see many Niki's The Learjet behind the TNT The Learjet BA CRJ Another BA 734 Alitaila A320 Sunrise V-Bird on it's way BA coming in Touchdown! Another Speedbird The Alitaila again Old Ryanair A plane is off TNT Lining up Here Comes The Sun..... TU-154 ByeBye TNT The TU-154 taxi Malev 618 A 757 Thomson A330 'Malev 618, you've ot nto a sticky problem. Call a tug!' Speedbird There my car - the black one! EasyJet Ryanair 112 Virgin 6 BA Execl Niki Easy BA So far, I've handled 41 aircraft, 27 out and 13 in. Using my strips, I logged all the aircraft (Flight Number/Time/IN or OUT).
