The Cloudspotters Guide

Recommended Posts

Today a very nice book turned up called The Cloudspotters Guide.

Now I didn't order it and the sender got my surname wrong :mrhappy: However, if it was one of you guys that sent it and I have an idea  who it was then thank you so much, it is a fantastic book and a subject that fascinates me. I am often a visitor of http://www.cloudappreciationsociety.org/

I can't put the book down and it will surely be a well thumbed tome

Cheers

Dear Mr Lawford,

I understand that you recently received a book, namely 'The Cloud Spotter's Guide', which was incorrectly addressed. I have been in touch with the supplier - they have admitted their mistake and will be sending me another (unused) copy. Please retain the book, if you have any interest in meteorology, as I have heard that it is an excellent reference and guide. That is why I ordered it in the first place, of course.

Best wishes,

J. Lawson (MIET and Bar)

Dai, I thought it was you as you have also mentioned a fascination for clouds cloudnine-1.gif

That was very kind of you, it must be my birthday or something!!! I will be sat in the garden with eyes heavenward looking for those stratus nebulosus translucidus :stars:

Cheers
