wain 879
I have the above aircraft, I believe it is an old version, inside looks very poor, works fine and is ok to fly put just looks so outdated. Is the Aerosoft Extended on a more modern version? I saw a video of an the Extended and it looks so much better, I am wondering if it is worth the money. UKJim 502
I have the extended and its a great island hopper - good details and not too complicated to just pick up and go.
wain 879
Ok thanks...so I imagine the x version I have is the old 2006 or 08 one... its not even on Just Flight anymore...so the extended should have better textures etc.. I will look for a video or review.. Wayne

brett 2,316
I bought it so it must have been worth the money. I don't think you will be disappointed if you liked the original, this is much improved and a joy to fly.
wain 879
I actually found a review in one of my old PC Pilot magazines last night, I thing I will download this when I get home later today, thanks for the replies, I did like the old version but it was looking dated, recently did the same with Realair Duke so hopefully I will be as pleased as I was then. Andrew Godden 945
Wayne, You will be very pleased. The difference between the Twotter X and Twotter Extended is like the proverbial 'chalk and cheese'. Be prepared to burn out a few engines through engine fires though, unless you are very attentive to engine management.
Captain Coffee 2,030
... Be prepared to burn out a few engines through engine fires though, unless you are very attentive to engine management. Indeed...consider the torque dial, when in the red, to be notice that the engine fire fuse has been lit.
