Jess-b 420
It seems that, at long last, XPX could be getting its first weather engine. Austrian developers PILOTS, posted a photo (attached below for your delectation) on their Facebook page. It's not much, and you'd probably miss it if you didn't look closely. However it appears to suggest that they've got a version of their FSGRW weather engine ready for x plane use. About time.
mutley 4,498
That's got to be great news for X-Planers!
brett 2,316
That's got to be great news for X-Planers! Absolutely Joe, the fog will help cover the scenery. Sorry, these things just slip out, I should really get help.

brett 2,316
I was only josh'in Jess, I was admiring some of the addon scenery in Peter's (CaptCWGAllen) video the other day http://forum.mutleyshangar.com/index.php/topic/16865-a-moody-evening-in-cumbria/#entry136014 and was impressed. That of course had me checking out a bunch of other videos too. If I had more room on my laptop I would be tempted to check it out.
Jess-b 420
Oh don't worry Brett, I'm only kidding myself. I don't pick sides when it comes to sim. They're all good in their own ways.
brett 2,316
Now if we could only take the best assets from all the sims and put them together.........
phil white 274
SkyMaxx Pro is probably the current best weather for X-Plane but it is not a weather engine as such so a development of one would be welcome.
