An approach accident near Teterboro Airport (KTEB). allardjd 1,853 Posted May 18, 2017 Report Share Posted May 18, 2017 I hadn't seen or heard a word of it so far. Possibly because our media is almost entirely focused on... other things. From what I've read so far, the most likely cause is a stall on short final, due to wind shear, but there are a lot of other possibilities. Sad times - RIP those who died.
