Plan-G Release Public Beta for v3.1.4 (P3Dv4 & FSW)

This is a public beta for 3.1.4. Please see the readme for changes. This is for Vista through Windows 10 only.

It is recommended that you install 3.1.4 to a different directory than 3.1.3 (you don't need to uninstall). You do NOT need to delete the Plan-G Files folder or rebuild the nav database.

Please report any issues with the beta to this thread. Thanks.

Please back up your 3.1.3 folder as the 3.1.4 installer will overwrite it.

Build 129 (1st July 2017)
- Adds support for Prepar3d v4
- Adds support for fsAerodata
- Adds OpenTopoMap provider
- Adds export support for FSW format flight plans (note: you need to save a dummy plan from inside FSW, which you will overwrite, in order to get around the idiotic DLC block)
- Various bug fixes (see readme for full changes list)
