CAT3508 343 Posted August 3, 2017 Report Share Posted August 3, 2017 Finally increased my download allowance for the internet, and at last. downloaded PRDV4. All went well, until the installation!!!. It wouldn't do what it was supposed to do, and after messing around with it, and trying different things. What did I do!!!. I SENT IT TO THE RECYCLE BIN, ARGHHHH. which I then gaily emptied. It's now lost and unrecoverable, despite using a few supposed data recovery utilities. I am so mad at myself, I could scream. Motto, dont mess about with things you dont know anything about. So now I will have to wait for a few days till my new download cycle starts, and do it all again. Not a happy chappy, Neil Link to post Share on other sites

You have to remember to click the options button to set the path you want it to install into, don't let it install into C:/Program Files. Better luck next time Neil. Link to post Share on other sites

I used to have as my only internet one of those cell phone dongle thingy's that stick in a USB port to connect to the phone cell system...for large game downloads I'd take my lappy to a coffee shop and save my 5gig limit. Download by about 4 am UK time... Then all the add on stuff needs updating... As if I have time... I wish I had more will power sometimes... Guess I will have to start AH2 again...
