dodgy-alan 1,587
Been looking around for a Lizzie for FSX.Apparently in 2010 Mutleys reviewed such a beast but I've never come across it. Does anyone have a copy please. Thanks, Al. https://mutleyshangar.com/reviews/joe/lysander/lso.htm
brett 2,316
You can still purchase that one at https://fsaddonshop.com/products/lysander for €24.95 I have it in my hangar still and it's not too bad although you have to get used to it's flight dynamics and it's been around for awhile now. It is a challenge to try and find the secret landing areas, included it the package, and try to land the aircraft down and slowed in the small areas lit only by car headlights. I even flew it in an past ATWC although I doubt the images are there anymore (Photbucket) https://mutleyshangar.com/forum/index.php?/topic/13332-leg-48-wihl-wmkd/

My interest was piqued due to the fact that we now have a Lysander replica at the nearby Tangmere Aircraft Museum. and real beauty she is too. I did have one in FS9 but that was some years ago. Hopefully this one will work just fine. https://www.tangmere-museum.org.uk/museum-aircraft/westland-lysander-mk-iii-scw Edited September 26, 2018 by dodgy-alan
mutley 4,498
Great news about Tangmere Al, went there a couple of years ago with Jess and Tim and really enjoyed it! I remember reviewing the Lizzie and also talking to Bob Lomas who recounts them near Tangmere in the are years https://mutleyshangar.com/reviews/joe/lysander/bl.htm

brett 2,316
My pleasure Alan, hope you have fun with it especially when you can picture the real thing. Not sure if they ever fixed it but the lights in the cockpit didn't work for me, check out this old post for a fix.
