Any reccommendations? I still get 20 odd FPS in FS9 (my sim of choice currently) but i just wanted to know how i could improve my FPS still further? I've since bought another laptop for travelling but don't try to use it for FS, or if I do, I don't use a lot of add-ons and don't expect much. John Link to post Share on other sites

The laptop has served me well and when it finally gives up, i will be replacing it with a PC. Still a bit of life in the old dog yet but one day.....def a PC. I know this is a very vague question but if you built a system that would run flight sim 2004 and FSX, with a host of add ons very well with a budget of Link to post Share on other sites
mutley 4,498 Posted July 19, 2009 Report Share Posted July 19, 2009 Try here as a starter http://www.wired2fire.co.uk/ccc.php?systype=14 you can change your spec to see how the end price looks, it would be a whole lot cheaper if you did a self build but this will give you an idea.
