Wilco PIC 737

I could use some help with the PIC 737. I land manually after establishing an autoland on the LOC and GS. My problem is I arm the speed brakes however after touchdown the spoilers dont raise. Am i doing something in the wrong order or does it have to be a completely automated landing for them not to have to be raised manually?

Do you set the ground-spoilers ready for landing (Shift+/ in my caase)?

yes i do...however i do that whilst the autopilot is still on and then turn it off at about 1000ft and fly in maually....but the spoilers dont come up

I'm not sure...maybe you have to have an autobrake setting selected?

I did a complete ILS 28 landing at Dublin, and had no problems.

I usually do get the ILS, let it guide me in, set speedbrakes, then land manually. I haven't had any problems.

What FS are you using? I use FS9

I'm using FS9, however I am in the process of moving to FSX side of things.
