petermcleland 48
...at my Alaska base. There goes one of the fishing trawlers going out to take advantage of this clear spell. Breaking round behind him... ...to show my passengers... ...a glimpse of whales. I don't know how I manage to avoid... ...all those seagulls! That cruise liner in the waiting anchorage is the Holland America Line's "Vollendam". Back in the bay now and approaching the island lighthouse. This cruise ship in the main anchorage is the Princess Line's "Island Princess". "Clione", our tourist boat is nearing its turn at the lighthouse. I'm now on a low base leg of a very tight circuit to land on runway 31. Crossing low over the office to let the staff know I'm arriving! Touching down on one wheel as I complete the line up. All three wheels on the ground now and pretty close to centre line. Just missed the Tower turn off and continuing on for the next one! Parked up and about to disgorge the passengers from this JF Archer. Thanks for looking
