SEATAC 400
After approximately a two month hiatus from flying, I was back in the air this morning. Boy, it sure felt good. I didn't really want to stop flying for such a long period, but a number of unfortunate circumstances, mainly my mother-in-law being in intensive care for 5 weeks, prevented me from getting airborne. I'm glad to say that she is home and doing well now :001_th_smiles89: after brain surgery for a subdural hematoma. Anyway, I took a 737-800 from Frankfurt to St. Petersburg Russia. I thought I was going to forget a lot of the details about flying such as approaches and flight planning, etc., but it all came back to me. Sort of like riding a bike I guess. Here are two pics of the approach. Genießen!
