One side of a fence to another.

Hey chaps.

Having only just picked up PC Pilot and finding a couple of nice freeware sceneries quite close to each other i felt a little GA flight would be needed. The choice of aircraft would be simple, i just love this Beechcraft King Air 300 by Allied Flightsim Group.(freeware) A stunning exterior, lovely VC and cabin and flys like a dream. Its only ommision is a decent 2D but i believe one has just been made for it and posted on Avsim.

The flight would take us from KPLN Pellston USA to CYAM Sault ste. Marie Canada. Only a short flight but an enjoyable one. Ok heres some shots....

Sat behind the fence dark and cold.

reef,

Very nice. I noticed that scenery in the mag. Will have to grab that.

I've been to that airport (Pellston, Michigan) in real life, many years ago. It's about 150 miles from where I grew up. Was travelling by one day and saw a vintage F4U Corsair parked there. Had to stop and look it over. No fence then and the apron was grass. Was able to walk right up to it. Those days are gone...

Anyway, great photos. Thanks for posting.

John

Hey Steve, it's great to see you flying in GA.

Your shots look ideal for that type of flight I really enjoyed it, thanks.

That looks like a fine model freeware model, as for the scenery I too have PC Pilot obviously never look close enough at the cover disc :mrhappy:

Cheers
