Was a pure guess Dai! I wouldn't have said that from experience unless I saw the painted horses and the bandstand, I wonder if John recognises it?
ddavid 149
We'll have to wait until he 'surfaces'... Mornin', John Boy!! Cheers - Dai.
allardjd 1,853
Is it morning already? Nice looking scenery but nothing I specifically recognize. It has the flavor of State Road 40, out east of the downtown area that Joe refers to but nothing so specific that you'd recognize it. The MyCockpit.org site was founded and is owned and operated by Matt Olieman, who is local here and who is a member of our flight sim club, though we don't see him very often. He's the go-to guy in the club for cockpit building and related things and is an interesting and knowledgeable guy. John
ddavid 149
Matt uploaded this scenery last year but he credits "ToniH" as the scenery developer - maybe you know him, he's possibly another Ocala resident? I registered with MyCockpit.org for info and advice on I/O cards - seems a reasonable forum, but not many rotor-heads! See if I can't make the puzzle more difficult, next time. Cheers - Dai. mutley 4,498
One thing I remember about Florida is that it is quite flat, your shot shows that perfectly!
