He encountered this ATC facility at a 3,500 grass strip in Haiti. Sorry about the quality. This is a screen shot of his screen shot, which he pasted into an e-mail. Considering all that I think it came out pretty good. He said as he was rolling out on the grass runway he got the usual, "Turn next taxiway..." message from the tower.
