Cheers officially, i've no longer got "Man Flu" as i was at work again today, albeit at my boss' request as we were extremely low staffed due to one reason or another. So, despite me feeling like a 12-cylinder Merlin firing on just 6, off i went to earn my bread! needless to say, i'm still no better tonight, but a dose of FS seemed to remedy that!
