Drazkul 0 Posted July 30, 2011 Report Share Posted July 30, 2011 As i'm new to the forums i thought i'd share some screenshots I took from a trip from barra airport to glasgow - sadly i didnt get a shot of barra's airport as the scenery i downloaded had a texture issue/missing from the main airport building also didnt manage one of the landing as i badly messed up (still learning - which also will explain me being very low way outside of Glasgow airport in shot 6) Hope you like them Link to post Share on other sites

I didnt know it was at the time but it is a real world flight (just checked) though i doubt they take the route i did as i didnt originally intend to end up at Glasgow as i had no set destination in mind when i took off (really just wanted to try scenery i had downloaded) and it was either Glasgow or somewhere in Northen Ireland as my likely destinations. Drazkul 0 Posted August 1, 2011 Author Report Share Posted August 1, 2011 I found/saw it posted on simviation and thought id try it as barra is such an odd airport as you take off/land on the beach (would prob scare the hell out of me in real life). When I tried it I got a black textureless building which the main building should be although im quite new to installing stuff so may of got it wrong. Link to post Share on other sites

Heres some shots of the scenery - as you can see the runways are all on the beach and the problem with the main terminal building - hopefully the designer updates and fixes it.
