Thanks Joe, it's based on a real paint, but until I have more time I've taken used some artistic license. Worked on the stabilizers...

Struggling to get the float supports the right colour, think I've done it but ust not have found them yet.

Thanks all, looks like I'll be working on repaints for a while yet, first day back to work after the Summer hols on Thursday and had a heart attack. Had stents inserted and discharged home yesterday. Fantastic job by Leeds and York, now on rehabilitation so will be here and britmodeller for R&R.

I've updated my profile Graham and it should now be listed left, my system's about 3 years old now apart from the GPU.

Clouds are REX, but I'm not keen on the evening skies, so I'm using Paulo Diaz's HDE2 or HDE sun textures (great for sunsets with enbseries, follow the instructions) and another named soft horizons or something similar. All of these are from AVSIMRUS.

I also use the enbseries mod for the bloom and extra contrast, settings available on request but these are apparently GPU dependent.

Ground textures are GEPRO and terrain meshes are from FSGenesis. I only get the areas I fly.

I've tweaked the cfg a little using some of the suggestions available, but nothing I didn't (quite) understand.

FSX ran at 20-25 fps except when near cities, fs2004 is locked to 30 is consistent around KSEA on maximum settings. I may put FSX back on, while I've got the time, but I don't think I enjoyed it as much as 2004, besides which I always was left of the centre line!

Hope this helps, and thanks again.

Hi Charlie,

Sorry to hear about the heart attack, I had one at work too but didn't find out until a week later, I wondered why I felt so ill ! No stents, just drugs for me, I had the angiogram though. I hope you recover quickly and get on the physio rehab course soon, if you are lucky you will get some good looking nurses taking the sessions! Also don't forget, 10,000 steps a day. (I expect you have that bit to come)

Take care mate and hope to hear more from you soon and see those fabulous re-paints.

Cheers,

Joe

Thank's for the info Charlie

Very sorry to hear about your heart attack, mate :( but looking on the bright side, at least you will get to go and see all those lovely young nurses ;) (please don't come to Canada for your treatment though, as all the nurses over here look like they were once baggage handlers at the local airport :yikes: )

best wishes...Graham...
