mutley 4,497
A few more wide ones, this format is great for the cockpit, not so good for screenshots! These are a couple of Orbx's latest Longview and Lands Inn Ranches. This scenery has nature flow and creature flow so you have to watch for those cattle wandering across the runway! ddavid 149
That's a weird cross you've got there, Mate - who does the re-paints for 'creature-flow' or is that one of your own? Nice shots, by the way - hope you don't get neck ache panning! Cheers - Dai.

UKJim 502
do you have to have multi-monitors to do widescreen shots? I love them
mutley 4,497
Hi Jim, Short answer is yes. The original resolution is 5760 x 1080 over the three monitors. Cheers, Joe PS, you should see them at full size!

dodgy-alan 1,587
They look great, what you need is a curved screen monitor! I saw something like it many many years ago at the Hendon air museum when the Tornado was just coming into service, It had been built by Panavia and was a virtual wrap around screen used by their simulators to train pilots. The installation at Hendon seemed to be in several sections all about 10ft across and around 5ft deep, not digital of course and to this day I dont know how they did it! It had bench seats for around 20 people to sit and watch the flight demo. I had never seen anything like it before,..nor since for that matter!
