stu7708 244
Just one shot here. It's from my ATWC IV flight, but this one is uncropped and not resized.. Needless to say it's my current desktop background
rosariomanzo 545
It's the same aircraft I was going to use for my ATWC flight! A terrific shot Mikael.
UKJim 502
Great shot mate! Love the colour of the sunset - REX? What sunset texture is that? cheers Jim

brett 2,315
Very purdy. I borrowed it for my desktop too. I have been using many screenshots from this site for my backgrounds and usually change them out once a week. There are just to many beautiful shots posted here to just look at once. Change is good. Thanks to all that post them.
stu7708 244
Thanks guys. @Ros: It's a great little plane isn't it.. and fast too... @Jim: Yes, latest version of REX. I'll have to get back to you on the theme though. @Brett: Man you change your desktop often.. the one I just replaced was made up of two photos of my wife and son.. it's been with me for almost 18 months I think
rosariomanzo 545
@Ros: It's a great little plane isn't it.. and fast too... Indeed. A bit hard to land as it tends to be nose-heavy, but using the right speed on approach (and never on full flaps if you have enough runway) does the trick.

brett 2,315
After my mishap in PNG I have really grown to love this aircraft(although I tend to use the C185 now for those short mountain runways). A night time, high altitude flight is very relaxing in this plane too. Bert Pieke over at Avsim has available a few fixes for the night gauge textures and the oil pressure green safe band that seems too short, if you PM him for them. See this section for more info.
