I am having issues with missing content. I purchased the Premium Deluxe version but I’m missing 10 aircraft and maybe other things too. Seems some others have had this issue as well and others not had any issues. I’m back home tomorrow after being away for a few days and will see how it is then. Lots of users who had this issue say an update resolved this so let’s hope so!. it is after all a new sim still in its infancy and no doubt will improve as time moves on. I intend to fly GA mainly for now as the default jet liners are not very good from I have heard and the autopilot has bugs.

Nice shot. here in the UK in the North West there is a place called Jodrell Bank which has a huge dish and is just a short distance south of Manchester airport. -
Very nice indeed, i love the scenery in that part of the world.

Great shots. I have Orbx Goodwood for XP11 and love doing short hops in a Cessna 172 around all the airfields in the South.

I have got it and i believe it is going to have a big update. There are no Sids and Stars in the FMC and other things that annoy me. Personally i would wait until it is updated and to be honest i don't use it do the limitations it has.

I have read this before. Regarding X-Vision, there is now a version for XP11.50. The shaders tab does not function but you can use a preset as shown here. So YES, X-Vision does work but not fully yet. XPRealistic Pro is also working.

Here are a few shots of me testing XP11.50 currently in Beta3. This new Vulkan rendering thing is a BIG improvement over Open GL. I am getting at least double FPS. Seen here over Orbx TE GB South. The clouds and sky colours are not the default and look much better. Also using X-Vision (a shaders tweak) to get better visuals as default XP is a bit drab! Pleased with the results so far. Nice shots, am i right in thinking this was one of the first turbo prop airliners to enter service?
-
Found this interesting video which blows my theory out of the window. The main rotor is not powered as the video explains.

X-Plane 11 version 11.50b (Beta) is now available to install and uses the new Vulkan technology replacing the Open GL it currently uses but the option to use either is in the menu (I think). For most including me it will mainly mean a performance increase in terms of FPS, mine has doubled in like for like settings and situations. **** BE AWARE **** Don't overwrite your existing copy of 11.4x if you don't want any issues. X-Plane Installer / Updater will allow you to legally have an additional copy installed, i have done this and use one for Beta testing. Hope i have been of some

I bet that was a beast to handle in real life. At least it looks to be. Pretty much a combination of helicopter and fixed wing. I guess it used the balance of the main engines to counter the effects of torque from the main rotor. Whats it like to fly in the simulator?

Great shots. That first on looks like its doing one heck of a climb.
