I took the plunge and purchased it. On initial loading of XP11i get very bad stutters so i suppose its the Global Traffic loading so i can bear with that. Apart from that i am quite impressed but i DO lose some FPS.

Also i hate the manipulators, pointing laser beams and twisting them for dial turning is just horrible, they would be better with natural gestures like flicking a switch with your finger an so on. My VR hardware is back in the box as i just hate it now.

I am still undecided about this product. The default AI traffic in XP11 has a large impact on my FPS even on my system so i would hate to think that this from JF will have the same effect and have been a waste of money.

Not quite as good no. It is freeware after all and is still buggy but at least it gets updated on a regular basis.

@adrians69 I don't know if you aware or even interested but the default XP11 737 800 is available as what's is known as the Zibo Mod. It is entirely free including an awesome sound set and 4k textures but is about a 2gb file size and is updated on an almost weekly basis. Those shots look real!! I have not flown the JAR in a while as the FF and Toliss seem to have taken me over for some reason.

I took the plunge and decided to buy myself a VR headset to use in XP11. I got the recently released Oculus Rift S and i am loving the results. The immersion is awesome but VR still has some way to go as the visuals in VR are lacking in quality and resolution at the moment but you soon get used to it.

I agree with all you have said. I looked at the postings flooding social media and others but its too early to tell yet.

Great shots and very atmospheric. I got the Carenado Saab for XP11 recently and love doing short hops from Isle of Man to Manchester in the Flybe livery just for fun.
