ah very nice! Have you also tried using URP too? That works well with PTA and P3D for sure. Great shot

So here is my P3D V4 setup with URP and PTA - a flight from Glasgow to Plockton in the Comanche. I finally reached the 200 hours. Thanks for viewing - if you wish to watch the full stream, head over to my YouTube channel in my signature.

Stream starting in 30 minutes (7pm UK time). Come have a chat and let's see if I can hit the 200 hour mark on the Comanche. All welcome let's have some fun! http://twitch.tv/ukjim Cheers Jim

Thanks for this list Joe. I'm just waiting for the hawk now and the PMDG 737 less so.

Greenshot - go Google this tool, I use it for all my shots

Really nice set - I like the last one a lot

I will be streaming hopefully Monday evening at around 7pm - could join me there if you want to see. Also the latest video on my youtube channel is P3D v4 but that was when I hadn't fully set up my settings. Personally I've just came from FSX so the performance increase is extremely noticeable, I get a lpt more with the same fps in comparison to FSX. Obviously I cannot comment on the difference between v3 and v4. From what I've heard it's smoother and no OOM issues. The only downside at the moment is I'm waiting for all my scenery and planes to be updated.
-
I find no tweaking is required really with P3D v4. The only config tweak I did but may not be necessary for you is I added affinity mask setting. This was due to me streaming and I wanted to dedicate some cores for my external apps. Everything else is set in the P3D settings screens. I've posted my settings in another thread too.

Ok so I installed it in P3D v4 and it's a great little island. I've never really looked at it before but that runway is quite a challenge. Especially when you don't have a bush plane but only a lancair legacy lol. I set the time to night and it looks great but I am not sure what I should be looking for in regards to the dynamic lighting?

Prepar3D V4 – REX Product Update June 28 2017
UKJim replied to mutley's topic in News and Press Releases
I've been using REX TD4 and Soft Clouds without an update - I just point the P3D v3 path to the P3D v4 location. Obviously not supported but worked for me until we get official update.
