  1. Thanks guys, I will post some more progress soon, I have finished modelling all the buildings so new shots should be up soon once I get the placements done.
  2. Still need to finish the scenery and make it go through testing so who knows, hopefully soon and I am working as fast as I can!
  3. Hmm looking at your specs you shouldn't have any problems running this scenery at pretty high settings! 3.3 ghz is quite good for fsx.
  4. Thank you very much guys, I have also made a great start on the 3rd airstrip, 98TE Hilltop, it has got a beautiful river
  5. I run everything maxed no problems, actually even on the old computer I could run it near max (i3 3.06ghz) without any problems. I'll let you guys be the judge of it when the time comes.
  6. Thank you guys! Joe I have been very efficient with the textures, so the drawcalls are minimum, altogether all the buildings use 4 texture sheets, the vegetation 2 texture sheets, and other clutter and objects another few texture sheets. As for polygons I have got a tester with a 2.26 ghz computer so with different settings we will see how it runs on his If it does not run well I will adjust the scenery accordingly.
  7. Hello all. These are 2 airstrips I have been working on recently, they are located in Southern Oregon , and sit within Orbx's PNW regionpack. I will be doing one more airport in the area before I release the package as a low cost payware. All objects are modelled from scratch with full autogen annotation and 4 seasons PR covering an area around the airstrips. So far I have had no impact on performance. I will certainly give you guys a review copy once i'm done Flournoy Valley Riverview
  8. Just got back from a Piper Warrior flight around Sydney, took plenty of pics It really was great fun, it lasted about an hour (above the hills it was very turbulent). We took off from Bankstown and flew over Sydney then over the forest to Palm Beach. There we did a few sharp practise turns, took in the scenery, and went back to Bankstown. Anyway here are the pics, enjoy. Pittwater This was probably the most scenic part of the flight Palm Beach Prospect Reservior
  9. Great stuff! I should try out these flights some time
