britfrog 180 Posted May 8, 2013 Report Share Posted May 8, 2013 there is a nice museum here, i was shown around it by the original owner Chris Freeman, sadly no longer with us , the airfield is now run by his son, Another bit of useless information: lashendon (headcorn) lies alongside the longest straight section of railway in the british isles and it is this that best helps you locate the airfield as it is nearly invisible from the air.
