Looks like you had a perfect day for taking pictures (which look great to me btw) and got to see some nice aircraft to boot. Thanks for adding another angle of the what I'm guessing is a Steen Skybolt? (We all know how good I am at guessing :D )

there is a nice museum here, i was shown around it by the original owner Chris Freeman, sadly no longer with us , the airfield is now run by his son,

Another bit of useless information:

lashendon (headcorn) lies alongside the longest straight section of railway in the british isles and it is this that best helps you locate the airfield as it is nearly invisible from the air.

Great photos Nodders, I was naming the aircraft as I was viewing them, I really didn't think I had got that sad!
