mutley 4,497
Our latest review is the Austrian and Canadian built Diamond DA40. A popular and good looking GA aircraft. How does Alabeo's model stack up with the real thing? Read on...
Kevin Firth 114
thanks Brian, good read can I ask what the VC clickspots are like please? I have the Alabeo PA38 and the radio panel rotary knobs dont work and the supplementary clickspots Alabeo put in as replacement controls are so small as to be totally useless when used with TrackIR . needles 1,013
@Kevin, I've not been on the PC lately and I can't quite recall but I will get the DA40 back out and get back to you. Cheers. @Rosario, I can recommend it.
brett 2,315
Nice looking little flier, thanks for the heads up on it Brian. I think I would be real careful when sitting down into the pilots seat though.
ddavid 149
A good read, Bro' - and some nice screenies, too. Thanks for presenting us with the review. By the way, don't all prop aircraft suffer from the "... veer to the right ..." problem? I thought that was due to the asymmetric thrust from the propeller. So, maybe it should be 10 out of 10?!? Ciao - Dai.

Ciao - Dai. Theoretically, yes, but to varying degrees, and some are virtually undetectable. Strangely, I couldn't replicate the phenomenon reported on the DA40.
