Carnivrspigbat 0
Hello, all! Hopefully this is a case of me looking right past the solution -- I have a problem. Whenever I accept a job, load it, and select the fly option (myself, not AI) the game launches just fine. However, AH doesn't do anything past that. I can fly all the way to my destination, but even when I park, kill the engines, and tab-out . . . nothing. It still thinks I am at my base, no matter where it is. I am running FSX Steam Edition (though I have owned FSX in the past) on Windows 7 (64) and just purchased, downloaded, and updated to v4.1 from JustFlight. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks for your time, and best wishes, -- Charles/Carnivrspigbat [E1 I just realized that in all of my fiddling with stuff, I have yet to uninstall/re-install. Oooops. Will try that!]
mutley 4,487
Could his be a problem where FSUIPC and simconnect are not compatible with FSX SE ... (Yet?)
allardjd 1,853
Yes, that's most likely it. AH requires FSUIPC and there's no working version for FSX/Steam, at least not yet. John
Carnivrspigbat 0
Thanks, will be on the lookout for that. EDIT: Apparently it *has* been updated to work with FSXSE, but my problems persist. I have AH 4.1 and FSUIPC 4.938 but no changes have occurred. Maybe I should wipe FSXSE and try again? Carnivrspigbat 0
Resolved! FSUIPC was incorrectly numbered on the download site. I am now all set!
