Scenery config editor for P3D AND FSX

I,ve used Scenery config editor for my P3D instalation for a while now (and for years in fs9) and now that my FSX sp2 with DX10 is up and running very well, I have started to add scenery to my FSX as well.

So, I would love to use the scenery config editor but it seems like it will only accept 1 simulator. 

 

1)Has anyone made it work in both P3D and FSX ?

2)Is there a similar choice that will run parallel with scenery cfg editor?

Have a look at  SimStarter. I am not sure it will do what you need but it is a good alternative to Scenary Config Editor, in fact I prefer it.

It is worth doing a YouTube search on "FSX Simstarter" as there are plenty of instructional videos on it there.

SimStart is awesome and a must have tool

 

SCE does work with P3D (never tested SE); just point it to P3D scenery.cfg in your user profile folder

Thanks, I will have a look and take my time.

What I´m looking for is something like Scenery CFG editor (SCE). Nothing more, nothing less. I cant make it work for both P3D and FSX and adding scenery using the sim menu takes a lot of time.

I have been using it a long time and is brilliant.  Best bit it is FREE..   

 

You switch the scenery on or off save and load, simple as that..
