JohnL 13
Far be it from me to suggest that any MEBAR participant would break French air regulations, but seeing that this year's rally flies along the Champs Elysee, I remembered that the Arc de Triomphe stands at one end of it, and of the late Charles Godefroy's 1919 feat (the Nieuport 11 had a wingspan of 24' 8", while the archway is 47' 6" wide). http://fandavion.free.fr/godefroy.htm

JohnL 13
To remove any last-minute temptation, have carefully chosen an aircraft with too large a wingspan to go through the arch while straight and level.
