MyPC8MyBrain 273
testing waters before they jump head first?
Captain Coffee 2,030
testing waters before they jump head first? Always a good strategy...unless the product being tested is crap...doesn't look like it though, and the cache of the developers seems to imply that this could be the start of a beautiful new FS FreindShip. I am probably going to wait for Beta-tester Wain ( ) and others to kick it down the road checking for rattles and loose bolts...and will probably dive head first when the "Big Show" releases later. AviatorCast (podcast) have just had done interview in a recent episode with the developer at DTG's and it sound exciting. being a newbie I get drawn to anything that involves a bit of training. MyPC8MyBrain 273
i just dawned on me... where is the commercial appeal in pre-ordering a "going back to school" products to anyone already simming?
mutley 4,498
For newbies Chris and those who want to start the journey again, the full blown sim would be the next step after Flight School and experienced simmers. Will you be developing for it?
wain 879
For me its a chance to see where Dovetail are at..to see if it is any better in the way it performs with my PC..also to see if they go about things differently..like I am learning with Xplane and how simple in cockpit tasks are handled differently by a different sim..also for me I have never done any of the lessons or missions in FSX and like driving you pick up bad habits.. also for 12 quid if its a pile of poop I dont feel I have lost anything..each to their own you dont have to buy it... choices choices....just my thoughts you dont have to agree..
