I'm stuck trying to find an airport which MD would fly to with the 767-300 and 737-200 though, I'm guessing it's somewhere in Madgascar? Also, I think that the Air France connection is that Madgascar speaks French, and also, whilst researching my answer, I found that AF would be basing two A320s in Madgascar for Indian Ocean services, so theres another connection.
