This is a true story of a Canadian bush pilot's love affair with his de Havilland Canada DHC-2 Beaver aircraft. The Beaver is a truly iconic Canadian aircraft, perhaps the best & most famous bush plane ever. The particular Beaver in this story was made in 1957, purchased by different owners in Canada & the USA over the years, & is still going strong. So many Beavers are still going - being restored, repaired & upgraded - so much so that it is referred to as the immortal Beaver. Hope you enjoy. Cheers.

I can see why he (the Pilot) fell in love with his plane. In flight sims everyone has their favorite aircraft to fly and at the time the FSX Aerosoft Beaver had been one of my go-to planes, it allowed me to go in style to places I hadn't been to before. I only wish they would have placed the Manifold/RPM gauges up behind the throttle quadrant like the one you were flying. I'm sitting here right now daydreaming about it, lol.
