Aircraft Aviation 2
Review in progress! Some random shots really as I was following the tutorial flight. A VERY COMPLEX bird if I must say so myself, really gets your brain in a knot figuring out the systems, but all worth it in the end. The SimCheck A300 simulates the really old A300. Say goodbye to advanced FBW logic and modern sidesticks, and hello to steam analogue gauges and old-fashioned yokes! See the review when it's prublished for more info . Enjoy! mutley 4,497
Really great shots AA! No FBW? steam gauges? never mind, back to proper flying!!! Seriously though, it is unusual to see and Airbus without a joystick Should make for an interesting review, thanks for the HU. Cheers

Seriously though, it is unusual to see and Airbus without a joystick Should make for an interesting review, thanks for the HU. Cheers No probs. I too, thought it looked very unusual to see a Bus with no sidesticks. I even got my Saitek ST290 Pro Joystick out and put it to my left (to act as a sidestick)... And then realised the cockpit had yokes! Weird! Also, take a look at that Old-Airbus CDU INS below the MIP. Bet you've never seen that before!
mutley 4,497
I like it Jack, I could be tempted by this one!
RB16015 0
The A300 is my favourite bus. Great shots and I can't wait for it's review
hurricanemk1c 195
Fab! BTW FBW wasn't introduced on Airbuses till the A310 and A300-600, and sidesticks till the A320
wisemanp 0
Great stuff, although I must admit it's a type I've never flown on the sim...
Aircraft Aviation 2
Thanks very much guys for your compliments. Very advanced stuff, you can't even operate the hydraulics unless ALL systems relating to the control surfaces are set up correctly.
rob16584 42
Looks like you are enjoying it AA. The tutorial flight is great, but things happen really quickly. Maybe it's a little too short..
Aircraft Aviation 2
Agreed. But shorter tutorials are better, as I can't stand waiting around forever for the next step of a flight.
