Hello,

finally my copy of the Western Isles arrived and I thought I'd share some pictures of the first hop (colours are slightly altered). Together with Scotflight it looks extremely nice (thanks to Ian from Scotflight for the quick support )

Another beach close by.

It is really hard to see those runway markings

It is a combination of 2 sceneries:

The VFR GenX Vol. 4 Western Isles photoscenery from Horizon Simulations and the Scotflight V 2.1 scenery, which places airports and 3D objects around Scotland.

I don't think FSX simulates tidal changes. But in real life I think you have to pull you plane up on the beach or it will get wet when the tide comes in.
