mutley 4,498
A few shots from sunny Hampshire, UK Worst snow we have had down here for over 40 years, we very rarely ever see snow! Brrrr!!
Aircraft Aviation 2
Hi Joe, How much did you get exactly? We accumulated 55cm! Poor old Bradley was buried in the stuff .
mutley 4,498
Poor Bradley! We had about 30 cm, not much by your standards! Other than earlier this year it has only snowed a couple of times since I have been living in "Mutley's Hangar" even then it would have been only 2 or 3 cms.
hurricanemk1c 195
Maybe we'll get your foot of snow soon - so far 2-3 inches here
stu7708 244
Almost looks like you have more snow than we have in Stockholm at the moment, I'd say we have somewhere between 20 and 30 cm, with more coming down today.. The good thing about it snowing today is that we finally have some cloud coverage. It's been totaly clear skies for a few days, and with clear skies this time of year comes the cold with temperatures dropping down to around -20... brrrr. I think the lowest recorded around here was -26 a few nights ago.
Aircraft Aviation 2
BTW Joe; Bradley was born and bred in Hampshire (Poole). :icon_thumbup: Here is my snow pictures: Deepest recorded snowpoint: Bradley looking cute: Bradley attacking a tree: Sprinting Bradley:
wisemanp 0
Hi all, Here are a few snaps from the snow in Durham. Someone told me it was -7 as we went for lunch today! http://philip-wiseman.fotopic.net/c1921315.html Enjoy
ddavid 149
Snow - well, we've had 15 - 20 cm for about a week now. Getting in and out of the cwm is interesting, but the Land Rover manages O.K. Minus 10 degrees (Celcius) when I went out this morning - keeps you frisky! Take it easy, you lot! BTW, nice photo's, Phil - glad you're getting about. AH, and thanks for sharing, Joe and Jack! Cheers - Dai.
mutley 4,498
Great shots Jack Dogs are great in snow, they have a real sense of fun! Bradley is a fine young chap. #Phil, very artistic, the cathedral is very recognisable. #Dai, typical, I sell my 4x4 early last year and we've had two bad sessions of snow since! Have you still got the BL rare breeds sign writing on your Defender?
SEATAC 400
Snow you say???? I vaguely remember the stuff. Is that what you get in colder climates? I've been in Florida so long I'm not sure I'd recognize snow anymore. Great pics BTW. Makes me nostalgic, but not envious.
rob16584 42
We had about 4 feet here, it was chaos on the roads Tuesday/Wednesday.

needles 1,013
Hi Guys, Don't get me started on the white stuff! Sick of it. Great pics from you all though. Wifey and I have a holiday let in our garden and yesterday we had a burst pipe in the loft and there was water everywhere in the loft which then came through the ceiling onto our newly laid solid oak flooring. All the pipes were insulated beyond the required specification but one burst nonetheless. Very disheartening. Today we have have heaters and dehunidifiers working full tilt. Then there will be loads of decorating and replastering to do. Hence no flying for a while. @Joe, I have completed the GenX Vol5 review but I will post it to you in 2 or 3 days, as I now have a more urgent priority. Apologies. We have someone booked in for the Hogmanay week so we are pretty pushed to get the place in order. Catch you all later Regards Brian
