Not a lot of people know that the Chrislea Super Ace is one of only a few aircraft in the world to be designed without rudder pedals, this being the UK one and the ERCO Ercoupe being the American one. brett 2,310 Posted October 30, 2014 Report Share Posted October 30, 2014 I didn't understand the need for twin tails on such a small plane, could be because of the lack of rudder pedals and the rudder being somewhat automatic giving it a bit more rudder authority I guess?
