UKJim 502
I love this plane but the startup is mental - cheat and ctrl+E to get flying hehe - took off turned round and landed again. After a re-install from backup no Fraps so no video I'm afraid but these two shots came from the replay This plane can float for sure
dodgy-alan 1,587
Very nicely done, the reason they float so well is the superb wing design, If you have ever flown on one you'll see what i mean, On approach theres very little of it that doesnt seem to move in some way ! and that was an A300 in the early 80s! Its a bit unnerving when you first see it happen ! i've flown on several of them and still love that aircraft.
hurricanemk1c 195
What model is that? Great shots and congratulations, you've joined the 'Bus Club'
mutley 4,498
Arrrgh! Jim has gone to "the other side" Come back Jim, all is forgiven.
PanzerFodder 0
He's going to blow all of us out of the water if he starts using that thing in AirHauler Nice landing Jim, is it a FSX default plane, or have you splashed out some more cash? Cheer's...Graham...
hurricanemk1c 195
Well, it's an Airbus A330-243, so not default - only default Airbus in FSX is the A321-
PanzerFodder 0
I must be missing some aircraft then because I can only find some Airbus A318's in my hangar , (not that I'm too worried by that fact TBH ) Cheer's...Graham...
pacinka 0
Nice shots Jim! Graham, I'm thinking it's the CLS model (or is it Wilco?).
charlie 6
Very nice Jim, you're going to need bigger paintbrush for this one!
UKJim 502
Indeed its the CLS airbus 330-200 - atm its the only tube I'm willing to learn to fly! Need to get ILS and FMC programming under my belt! All landings so far manual and bodged The only thing I dnt like about this model is u cannot seem to save a cold and dark flight - it returns the panel states to how u left them previously! Sabre 28
Nice shots Jim but please come back from the dark side
UKJim 502
LOL I like to vary it up a bit every now and then! Due to the cold & dark issue I am changing my favourite tube to be the DC10 instead - pictures to come soon Deeper and deeper I fall into the dark side
hurricanemk1c 195
Don't be scared - the dark side can be suprisingly light sometimes - take a nice 'glass' cockpit with hundreds of little dials, working 3 times as hard as a small GA pilot with 6-8 tanks on a panel behind you..........
