This first installment adds a Mutley's Hangar to all airports in the First Sector, and the download also includes special ATWC IV Airport Plates by John Allard. This is what the Hangar looks like at Vilnius (EYVI). If you want to use the scenery for your ATWC-flight it can be downloaded here. I can't post and you can't download airport diagrams until it's fixed. I've diagrammed all the ATWC IV Sector 4 airports and have zipped them in a single file. It contains nine plates, comprising the six Sector 4 airports. I'm attaching a download link here, pending the library getting fixed.
