dodgy-alan 1,587
In the absence of a mincer a propellor will do just nicely! And it's horrible when it does, When I was around 12 years old I was up on the old Queens Building viewing terrace at Heathrow. A Vanguard was on pushback in front of us, we were watching it moving when we suddenly saw the front of the aircraft turn a reddish pink colour and chunks of meat came flying towards the terminal. One of the apron crew had got hit by a propellor, and the big Rolls Royce Tyne had just shredded the poor guy! It truly was horrific and it took a long time to get that vision out of my head.
