Introduction Rex Game Studios are a company synonymous with flight simulation weather. As far back as 2007 when Reed Stough and Tim Fuchs partnered to create REX, they realised Microsoft Flight Simulator severely lacked a realistic environmental system, with Tim's texturing skills and Reed's expertise with weather engines they forged a company still ahead of the game today. REX announced and released their latest product Weather Force within a month of the launch of Microsoft Flight Simulator. Why REX? In the development of MSFS, Asobo Studios partnered with Swiss company Meteo

New for MSFS is Aerosoft Airport - St. Tropez, developed by German company Stairport Sceneries who are well known in the X-Plane scenery arena. This is their first foray into the increasingly popular MSFS DLC Market. Just Flight are pitching it as a "professional-level" add-on, and it is an in-house production. Their previous in-house developments have been superb and it has an impressive feature list. I think for a product at this price point should have some limited demo available as if you if don't have the skill or knowledge to fly it it's much better to find out before dishing out the spondulips. -

Interesting review, it just makes you wonder how these developers get away with it. Certainly put me off buying it.

Wow! (again) some of the best footage I have seen from a live hardware sim cockpit. Is it situated in a room/ shed? or in a cockpit shell? A few years ago I visited a late friend of mine in Florida (Marion County) who was half way through converting a KLM 737 front end, I can only imagine that it would have looked something like this had he completed it. -
