Is anyone else having problems accessing this site at the moment. Past couple of weeks it's been virtually impossible to get the page to come up and even harder to log on once you do. No idea what's going wrong but it's really annoying.

I think there was one TV food show that managed to get an in flight meal sorted for the flight on one occasion! It broke the record as the quickest airline meal ever served! Happened a couple of years ago.

What got me were the silly sods all standing around watching! That thing could have exploded at any minute! Then they'd all be suing American for not telling them their plane could explode!

You really wouldn't want an engine failure over that lot! Nicely caught.

The Iris ones are really good, especially since they're freebies. A2As is the dog danglies for sure, but until the price drops it can stay there. I don'th think Marie would be too impressed if I spent over £30 on a sim addon at the moment!

I was recently asked what was the best freeware Curtiss P-40 model available. Having tested several I have concluded that Iris's offerings are still top of the shelf. They are superb and have been well ported over to FSX from their original FS9 home. There are two different packages, both offering several different liveries. One is the Classic P40 series, and the other is the Experimental versions that never went into service. I've been having fun with them over the past few days. Here's a few(sic) of the shots I took of these aircraft; http://www.irissimulations.com.au/hangar/free-flight-si
