:great: Those are absolutely brilliant CAA330! Beautiful aircraft, great scenery and some lovely pics of the Northern Lights. A real mammoth of a flight too - well done for taking that on and completing it, and even managing to get such great screenshots in the process  Thanks for posting :-) Dave

I'm really enjoying this topic Ros, love the shots! I'll definitely be checking back here again and again :shok: Cracking shots, keep up the good work!

Great shots Joe! Love the Twotter and the ground detail around Alderney is superb - nothing like the feeling of a nice rural airfield with some good scenery :shok: Dave

Happy New Year! I like the new forum theme Joe, very sleek and modern looking Thanks for all the hard work you put into the forum, it is truly appreciated and we all owe you big time :-) Dave

I love it Marcus! Very smart looking :-) Thank you so much. Dave

I get AVG warnings when installing Flight1 products too Marcus. I think it is because of the Themida security software Flight1 use to prevent fraud, AVG detects this because there was a trojan a while back that used Themida too, this time to prevent it being detected/deleted. Dave

Happy birthday John - and thank you for your immense contribution to the forum without which, I think we would all agree, the Hangar would just not be the same  Many happy returns. Dave

Merry Christmas guys - hope you are all enjoying your holidays! I've been fiddling with my new Fujifilm S8000fd camera - hopefully there'll be some opportunities for good aircraft photos in the new year! :dance2: Dave

Thanks John Just amended my post to make that Mock GCSE Chemistry (like a practice run) - haven't passed the real thing yet!

I think he means the Irish language Joe :-) I've been doing exams all week, last one (English 2) is tomorrow and it doesn't start until 1pm so it's a lie in for me Results back next week but I already know I got 93% in Mock GCSE Chemistry :-) Dave

That first shot is beautiful Dai. Really excellent photos! I am flying on Saturday and I really hope it snows the night before or something because I'd love to fly over white scenery! I'd be happy to dodge the winter weather and get flying at all though Thanks for sharing. Dave

A really fantastic design Marcus, I like Santa on the tail! :mrhappy:

I have the iPhone, and as Slopey said AeroWeather is a good one! Haven't tried PilotWizz though, thanks for the heads up! Either IM+ Lite or Palringo are good free apps which will give you instant messaging ability on the go (only on WiFi connections with the iTouch though), Shazam is another good one (it identifies songs with just an 8-second sample of them) - it also needs an internet connection though. iPint, Cube Runner and BSkiesLite are all a good laugh, and I have a BA Flights app too which is live departures/arrivals information for BA :-) Dave

Brilliant shots Phil and I like the look of that approach! I can't wait until someone releases a proper addon for the Q400, the Dreamwings model is excellent but I miss the full systems simulation  Dave -
Great job on the flying lessons JPS! All the best for your solo flight. I'm still a long way off thanks to the weather and the price of lessons Can't wait to hear about it! Dave
