thanks for the advice Chris, sat at home waiting for a carpet fitter....Downloading 4.3 ready....I guess I now need to uninstall my addons then 4.2, could do with a few pointers though please. ORBX - how do I uninstall reinstall that? I have loads.... Weather - now may be a good time to buy REX Skyforce 3D, do you use that alone or are any of you using AS16 for weather injection? once all uninstalled I would usually do a clean up of registry using Ccleaner, is this a recommended practice? Thanks...

sorry for the delay, been a way for a few days towing the caravan into the woods at Longleat.......Thanks @allardjd for the info, I have never clicked on map so I was surprised by that, also thanks for guidance on GPS, I struggle with it for some reason but manage an FMC no problem. @brett yes you are correct sir, I sometimes go swanning around aimlessly then to find an airport, in sim ATC will direct you where to go but don't help with ILS freqs etc... Thanks both...

yeah I agree to, v4 is really good for me and very stable.....Echo JG regarding Aerosoft they seem really slow moving to the 64bit version.....

Might seem a bit random.. ATC gives me an unexpected approach.. Where in P3d can I find the ILS frequency?.. 1...no GPS 2...with GPS. Thank you for your help... Wayne PS... This is assuming I am not running PlanG in the back ground...

been busy, bought a new van so needed to fit my window cleaning kit in it, also the dreaded DIY, damn I hate that, so not had much time.....damn real world always in the way...

Yeah I have this one Phil, was a BETA tester on it and really liked it, I think after all the heavies I liked the simplicity of it all...

no I go past it a lot, Concorde museum, Police Helo, BAE Systems, GKN...just had a massive building built to do with Airbus wing design....used to love delivering there every day....

I have Pilot 2 ATC, it is good, includes moving map and the ability to add pdf's, however it is not an easy tool to use, read a review I think Jess did in PCPilot.....as an example I haven't used it for about 2 months and I will have to read up on it.....I don't use headset / mic as I have issues with speech recognition software, this has a Sayit function much like FSX, take a look and scour you tube but most are people using microphones......
