  1. I agree, its a shame there is no good Fokker with a VC, and im afraid to say there is no payware one. However, i can point you in the direction of a great alternative; http://www.projectopensky.com/
  2. Im with you on that so here it is! Sorry im a bit late with my hello, but hey ho. Its a big even for us to get a new member so welcome along.
  3. Thats why i didnt post anything more until i had actually done it. Finished it at half past midnight last night, but where i thought it was, it doesnt seem to be. And i only got it form the picture of the image of what the puzzle was supposed to end up like.
  4. Yep, i got it, but i am yet to actually complete the puzzle.
  5. this one? All i'm going to say is that im an Orange Arrows fan. A22, what a great chassis.
  6. yup, i remember that! Its amazing you got away with it, you were one lucky dog! :mrhappy:
  7. Its looking unlikely that they will be doing it again, but for this year they have the right to sing as much as they want. http://www.boreme.com:80/boreme/funny-2 ... ons-p1.php Peace and Love Fred 'mulletman' Clark
  8. wow, thats pretty tricky. im afraid we may be needing more clues for this one! does your VA fly there then?
  9. Although its probably finished, i hope it all went OK and that, as The Mut says, she gets the deserved rewards. Either way im sure she will get a pencil.
  10. Decided to give this one a miss. Much as i want it, i have enough unflown aircraft as it is. If you chaps do decide to use it in a future leg, i will be flying the one avalable as a demo - or i will setup a variant of my Shockwave one so you guys see it OK.
  11. I thought this package was only avalable by box? I have waited a long time to get this, its never been top of my want list. perhaps i might spend a little. If only for the Mk.V and Trainer models.
  12. Great stuff mut! If you fancy doing any online flying, perhaps a proper chance to test out FSX multiplayer, im sure there is no shortage of voulenteers up for taking some extras on a formation flight....
  13. The airport ICAO actually turned out to be something simlar too, although i forget exactly what it was.
  14. I just like these videos for the comments. You could post a video of a 747 landing at heathrow in super high resolution and these guys would say its fake.
  15. very nice stuff, thanks for sharing! I beleve thet the aircraft you think is a 109 is inface the civillian version, the 108. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bf_108
  16. Of course it is. Not somethig im 100% familiar with, but thats no excuse for not recognising this developer. http://fokker.avsim.net/F28_screenshots.htm
  17. Yep, that ones really easy. So i will again leave it to someone else. The terminal buildings in to top down shot are the give away. The scenery is quite old so that closed runway is now open, if that helps anyone. Still cant get the aircraft though. You said it was simalar to a CRJ/ERJ, but im still lost. Is it Jet powered though?
  18. If thats the case then thats fine. I just didnt like the way that everyone (the Goverment/Aircraft builders) are so up for cutting down on global warming and then let one guy have an A380 for himself. No your right, its not illigal. But if the govermants want to really cut down on emmisions, then heavily taxing/billing banning completely or putting a person to emmision (or fuel use) ratio on private aircraft should be one of the things they are doing. Im also slightly lost as to why low cost airlines, such as easyjet, get billed more for fuel tax/emmisions charges/other G.Brown Crap, that
  19. A passenger airline could in theory take 850 passengers to sydney from london. Including this bloke. (They could even do it in simalar luxury with a few less passengers....okay a lot less) So one bloke using it for himself is unnessacary. He could just as easily use a first class seat on an international airline. Besides, its not as if he will have the advantage of being able to fly into smaller airports, like Luton. He will have to fly into the larger airports, where the airline he could fly with, also fly. Thats true, but i ment making up for the flights that he takes by himself, making
  20. Feel free to take this one on - we still havent guessed that aircraft. Had no idea it was Fairford, that was just a guess based on the fact that there was "not much activity this time of year" and that is was a USAF base.
  21. very, very nice. Cant wait to see more. Which P-51 is this? I have been blasting around in the shockwave model, but i bet its more fun with company.... :mrhappy:
  22. I have known about this concept before the A380 first flew, but only thought that it would ever become a reality as AF1’s replacement This aircraft is very extreme for a private jet, and should not be allowed, for the exact reason you mention, carbon footprint. Shows how much airbus is thinking with their wallets? they are all for reducing the emissions (as are all aircraft manufactures) but the minute one man comes along and says "i want a jet for my own private use" they don’t think...that’s a bit harming to the environment. There is no reason he should have an A380, unless he equips the
  23. Thanks for bringing those to our attention. very interesting stuff. I know. I dont believe the passengers though when they say "no message for three hours". The crew would say something, without question. Furthurmore this is Cathay Pacific we are talking about, not some indian low cost airline you have never heard of.
  24. Lovely, just lovely. always liked the shape of the MD 80 series. Your clouds look fine, unless you mean the blocky 2D ones, which im sure you know are controlled by the 3D cloud percentage slider. Set this to 100% and they will go, at a cost of framerates.
