    EZDOK upgrade

I am a bit of a ChasePlane fan boy these days - you will not have any issues in setting things up there, if you do, check out my first time use video... It's a VERY old video, and uncut so is a bit lengthy, but I'm sure you can make use out of it. Or search for ChasePlane tutorial on Youtube I think you will not be disappointed at all mate - worth every penny.
  2. Looking good - old school!

    Traffic Global

He is not lost - he is GA, and they have rights to go anywhere Looking good there bud, nice shots
  4. It is a pleasure to fly - really like the look of this one, they have kept the classic radio stack and the modelling is just superb. I would recommend this one for all GA fans using X-Plane. Nice shots too mate
  5. It went really well, although I did have issues which turbulence since upgrading my xEnviro - yesterday I reverted back to v1.07 and I do not have any issues. I am so glad it was not the plane - it is now a joy to fly and I must admit, Just Flight have done a superb job. I enjoyed their Turbo Warrior III, but this one is even better. I am glad they converted it to XP11 as I would never have bought this for P3D due to having so many A2A planes in my hangar (fan boy) - but it fits nicely in my XP hangar
  6. I am sure you will notice a difference mate - please keep up updated! My understanding is the sim or any other game for that matter, will detect your monitor native resolution and the option will be there. I am currently restricted to 27" but I only have a 24" monitor - I use a 1080p monitor at the moment, but I am looking into using Nvidia DSR and seeing what performance impact it has What this does it uses a multiplier on your native resolution and can render a 2k, 3k or 4k resolution on your 1080p monitor. The benefit of this is smoother anti-aliasing and graphics,

    EZDOK upgrade

I vote for ChasePlane these days too - I was a user of EZDOK too back in the day of FSX - but ChasePlane for me now has a great user interface and some really superb features too. You can use it in a simple way by simply creating some camera's or you can go all out and create world cams, play with the camera shake features like engine blast etc. all sorts to do. The good thing as well is you can import camera's from other planes, save your camera's and import for future installs etc. so great for backup and importing. I have not used v2 of EZDOK so it is
  8. Very nice shots - looks fantastic mate
  9. If you would like to the Just Flight C152 for XP11 in action - feel free to catch my stream tonight at 18:30z (07:30pm UK Time) - I have not flown it yet, so please join for it's maiden flight. I will be looking at the obvious items, the look/style of the plane, feel of the plane on ground, feel within the air etc. but I will also (hopefully) be using the radio's to navigate and test out some VOR navigation too. It's primary purpose to me is VFR low and slow, but this plane does more than that - let's go and find out! Come join at https://twitch.tv/UKJim Th
  10. This plane must be good and living up to expectations, as every airliner stream on Twitch right now is hitting this plane. It does look good and if I was into airliners I would give this a go. I previously purchased their Avro RJ and the 757 - both I must admit were enjoyable to fly. Cheers Joe
  11. So, due to the lack of A2A aircraft in XP11 this little beauty has made it's way into my Hangar If you would like to see this plane in action - feel free to catch my stream tonight at 18:30z (07:30pm UK Time) - I have not flown it yet, so please join for it's maiden flight. I will be looking at the obvious items, the look/style of the plane, feel of the plane on ground, feel within the air etc. but I will also (hopefully) be using the radio's to navigate and test out some VOR navigation too. 12. Looking great there - superb shots and a great choice in aircraft to fly too
  13. I have to agree - let's not take anything away from this superb, thorough review. No doubt it's a great product from Just Flight and anyone that purchases it will have a ball
  14. Welcome to the wonderful world of flight sim True though you can easily get sucked in to multi-buying products. All I will say is good luck choosing your sim
  15. The whole 'apples vs apples' is your opinion; it is not fact. Edited by Mutley to help keep the peace
  16. You're not getting my point - if I was purchasing the Just Flight 152 for multiple platforms it may be worth it. But in my case I only would want it for P3D, so the price is not worth it in my opinion. I could get an A2A plane for a fiver more for that same platform. Obviously if people want it for multiple platforms then yes not a true comparison. But in my case it is a true comparison as I only need it for P3D. I understand that it's multi platform so it costs more - but I don't care about the other platforms so why should I have to pay more for that luxury?
  17. They are great shots mate. Nice little airfield for XP
  18. Agreed, but when you only use one platform my statement holds true. I purchased the Comanche and the T6 twice - one for FSX and again for P3D, so I understand where you're coming from.
  19. OK so with the Welsh Tour complete - I have now moved back on to some Vatsim flying and trying to get used to that again. I would like to get more and more familiar with Vatsim and then possibly move into IFR too. So, as long as we have good coverage, I will be streaming the VFR Vatsim session tonight at 18:00 - 20:00 zulu. A quick update too - I now stream on both Twitch AND YouTube - so please follow the links below to come join for a chat... twitch.tv/UKJim youtube.com/UKjim01 Thanks, Jim
  20. I liked reading your review - it was great with all the relevant details. As for the JF 152 - I was tempted to get this for a little run around while I get more familiar with Vatsim, as it's nice and slow with all the relevant radios and dials at your fingertips. I hesitate though, as the price is a little steep - if you compare this to an A2A aircraft the A2A aircraft blows it out the water IMO, and for an A2A aircraft you only talk an extra fiver. I think if it goes on sale in the future, this one will be in my hangar, as I really do like Just Flight.
  21. So it is a bit hit and miss with the performance thing - maybe I will update and see. But keep my old 1.08 install just in case. I find that with xEnviro - clouds are hit and miss - hopefully feedback will make them better ;)
  22. I'm still on 1.08 as I heard there are performance issues with 1.09 - have you had a performance decrease with the update?
  23. Looking good there it's great
  24. Looks great but I'm not sure if I'm going to take the plunge at this time. If you get this Phil show some pics
  25. I started from RAF Valley and went to the loop then back. If that helps at all :)
