reef 3
Hey guys. Well i'm guessing by now you all just want to get this big EE ball rolling as there are many flights in there that will be peoples "Cup o' Tea". Nobody had wanted this flight and i had not put my name forward for a flight so Mr Mutley said "Oi !! get it done !" so i said "Yes boss" Anyhoo, this was short notice for me so no complaints if you don't like it The flight is Alexandria to Larnaca and i know its already been used but the Egyption Airforce were so kind to loan me a C-130. This is very much a water flight so i tried to include as much coast as possible over both Egypt and Cyprus. Distance to be flown is 322nm and estimated to need 1435 gal of aviation with an ETA of 56mins. We will be flying with full crew and a cargo (The Baton) load of 1 pound :rofl I chucked in 2130 gal of aviation and we were set to go. Hope you enjoy the flight.

allardjd 1,853
I agree with Mutley, that's a great flight. You did a teriffic job with it. One of my favorite AC too. I'd be very disappointed if you didn't agree to do at least one more. Poor Mutley still has a number of open slots to fill. Thanks for a great show... John

dgor 0
A perfect way to kick-start the latest section Reef, they really blew me away - that shot with the mountains and grass is amazing! Well done and thank you for getting us off to such a good start :-)
AirbusLad 0
:toclue: Amazing, I've always loved the C-130 Mate and you've just made it so much better!
ddavid 149
Thanks for that, Steve - how you managed all that so quickly beats me! And, feel the quality, eh? Brill - but are you sure your shot of 'the foothills of the Troodos Mountains' isn't actually Cardigan Bay!?! Pam and I go up the coast road to Aberystwyth very regularly, and this view reminds me so much of the coast-line north of RAF Aberporth.... Nuff said - thanks for sharing, mate! Cheers - Dai. :mrhappy:
reef 3
Thanks again guys. Dai, I'm not sure where the shot is from origionally, i simply tried to match the shot best with what Flightsim was showing me. The Orgional though has more hills beyond what you see as water, i just lopped them off :mrhappy: steve
