britfrog 180
single engine over London? thats a hanging offence if you are lucky! failing that, they will put you in front of the assizes who will transport you forthwith and without further ado to the place that makes hell look comfy, ---- the antipopdes!! whereupon you will be condemmed to be forever called Bruce and your wife Sheila. best to fly a twin

phil white 274
I know that flight broke a load of rules but I wanted to see how this would look at night. The flight was done during the day and recorded with FS Recorder and then played back with night time set and rendered in FS recorder which takes ages in the highest settings. This was done with low settings to speed up the rendering as I was doing one recently and it took 4 hours to render a 2 minute clip!!!!
mutley 4,498
Ouch! That's a long time to wait.
David TRIGGS 0
Bonjour Phil, Nice video, thanks ... but, to my mind it demonstrates how poor FSX big city nightlighting is ... here London seems to be suffering a major power cut (except for a few favoured "Landmark" buildings) ... in my opinion, FSX nights are OK flying over western USA type farms and small towns, but major cities ... forget it. Shame ... David
britfrog 180
is it me, or does fsx seem to use far more graphic memory and give lower fps when night flying? which of course beggars rthe question why? surely it must take less power to produce black on the screens!
